Hello to you all, and a huge welcome to the first ever Fancy Kids blog! We wanted to take this opportunity straight away to thank everyone for supporting the Fancy Kids dream so far, whether you have already been buying some of the fantastic products on our website, or have just been telling your friends about us, we can’t tell you how much we appreciate all of you lovely people becoming a part of our story. With that thinking in mind, we decided this was the perfect chance to use our first blog entry to tell you all a bit more about the journey we’ve been on already, and the amazingly talented people we’ve met along the way.
Fancy Kids is a team of like-minded people working hard to bring new designers, styles and products to online shoppers, inspiring our customers to think about new ways of buying children’s clothes and accessories. Everyone involved at Fancy Kids fully believe the key to our success is to be clear in our attitudes toward what we do from the outset, and that’s why we take such great care in sourcing ethical designers we feel share our vision in their own work. The designers we are so proud to promote have such creative minds they inspire us more every day, and only push us to work harder ourselves.
With a great team of Fancy Kids buyers who travel far and wide every new fashion season, we want to ensure we remain on the pulse of what’s happening in the world of quality children’s clothes and accessories, and it is that word “quality” that best defines our ambitions. The Fancy Kids website promotes only children's clothes and accessories that are made with organic material, be it cotton, cashmere or environmentally friendly toys that are also fantastic educational products for young children.
As a business and a brand we have a strong desire to embrace our social responsibility, and this certainly involves creating lasting relationships with designers following a similar business model. This of course involves championing their work on our website, in order that our fantastic customers have a wider range of choices when buying children’s clothes and accessories. Along with the great products we have sourced, we send all gifts in our own eco-friendly Fancy Kids packaging. More than just working relationships, we have also committed to supporting a very special charity dedicated to helping young children who are going through emotionally tough times in their school life.
