SMOOTHIES

Apple Spinach Morning Smoothie

2 Ripe Bananas

1 Large Handfuls of Baby Spinach (or any non-bitter leafy green)

Handful of Ice

1 Cup Organic Apple Sauce

Sweetener (Stevia or Coconut Sugar) - Optional

Blend until smooth!

**My kids absolutely love this smoothie! I freeze leftovers into popsicles.

 

Sunrise Smoothie

2 Handfuls of Frozen Tropical Blend of Fruits (I use papaya, mango, pineapple) 2 fresh mango 2 Bananas 1 Lilikoi (Passion fruit) or Lemon Coconut Water Blend until smooth!
