Introducing CatcherNetan innovative way to ensure you never miss a parcel again.

As a start-up ourselves, we are always keen to support fellow businesses who know that excellent customer service is the key to customer loyalty. When we heard about CatcherNet, we knew we’d found a kindred spirit.

CatcherNet was born out of a frustration with waiting for deliveries. We all know how much of a pain it can be to organise deliveries, particularly for those of us that spend most of the week away from home. In the case of CatcherNet, this missed delivery was none other than a birthday present for the founder’s five-year- old daughter. While the store delivered a shiny new bike as promised, delivery happened to coincide with popping out. Cue a missed delivery, an incredibly frustrated parent, and the birth of a business idea. Normally missing a delivery means you need to track it down at the local delivery office and squeeze in a trip to the other side of town into your busy day to pick it up. Or you rearrange it altogether. Which means another wasted day of listening for the doorbell for hours on end.

Do we even need to try and convince you there’s a better way?

The premise is simple. When you shop online, enter your unique CatcherNet ID at the checkout, and select a neighbours’ address for delivery. These helpful folk are known as ‘Catchers’. Your parcel is delivered to a registered Catcher who will notify you once your parcel has arrived to arrange a convenient time to pick it up. It’s as simple as that. If you need to return your item, simply drop it off to a Catcher. Catchers are rewarded for their efforts, the Shopper gets their parcel. Simple and fuss-free.
